SIHHAT Projesi, geçici koruma altındaki Suriyelilerin sağlık statüsünün ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarafından sunulan ilgili hizmetlerin geliştirilmesi projesidir.

Avrupa Birliği ile Türkiye Cumhuriyeti arasında 15 Ekim 2015 tarihinde imzalanan “Geri Kabul Anlaşması” çerçevesinde, Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanan “Geçici Koruma Altındaki Suriyelilerin Sağlık Statüsünün ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Tarafından Sunulan İlgili Hizmetlerin Geliştirilmesi Projesi (SIHHAT Projesi)” kabul edilerek finansmana hak kazanmıştır.

SIHHAT Projesi kapsamında planlanan faaliyetlerden birisi de Türkiye’de bulunan Göçmen Sağlığı Merkezleri, Güçlendirilmiş Göçmen Sağlığı Merkezleri ve Göçmen Sağlığı Eğitim Merkezleri’ne laboratuvar hizmetleri sunulmasıdır. Bu destek kapsamında yapılan testlerin maliyetlerinin proje bütçesinden karşılanması planlanmıştır. Ülkemizde yaşayan geçici koruma altındaki Suriyelilerin sağlık hizmetlerinden daha verimli yararlanabilmelerine yönelik Avrupa Birliği (AB) ve T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı Halk Sağlığı Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından yürütülen proje kapsamında laboratuvar hizmetleri de gündeme gelmiş ve bu kapsamda ihale yapılmıştır.

İhale sonucuna göre Göçmen Sağlığı Merkezi’ne (GSM) başvuran koruma altındaki Suriyelilerin laboratuvar hizmeti, SIHHAT Projesi kapsamında AB satın alım kurallarına uygun olarak yapılan “Provision for Approved Laboratory Test Result” ihalesini kazanan Özel Viromed Laboratuvarları firması liderliğindeki konsorsiyum tarafından sağlanacaktır.

Bu hizmet, Kasım 2023 sonuna kadar, TS EN ISO 15189 akreditasyon belgesine sahip olan Özel Viromed Laboratuvarları liderliğinde Ankara, İstanbul, Hatay ve İzmir bölgelerinde verilmeye devam edilecektir.

28 ilde bulunan GSMlere ve GGSMlere başvuran göçmen hastadan alınacak örneklerin analiz yapılacak merkezlere taşınması, çalışılması ve sonuçların ilgili GSM’ye iletilmesi ‘’Özel Viromed Laboratuvarları’’ sorumluluğundadır.

The SIHHAT Project (Health Project) is a project to improve the health status of Syrians under temporary protection and related services provided by the Republic of Turkey.

Within the framework of the “Readmission Agreement” signed between the European Union and the Republic of Turkey on 15 October 2015, the “Improving the Health Status of the Syrian Population under Temporary Protection and Related Services Provided by Turkish Authorities (SIHHAT Project)” prepared by the Ministry of Health was accepted and entitled to financing.

One of the activities planned within the scope of the SIHHAT Project is the provision of laboratory services to Migrant Health Centers, Enhanced Migrant Health Centers and Migrant Health Training Centers in Turkey. It is planned that the costs of the tests carried out within the scope of this assistance will be covered from the project budget. Within the scope of the project carried out by the European Union (EU) and the General Directorate of Public Health of the Turkish Ministry of Health for Syrians under temporary protection living in our country to benefit from health services more efficiently, laboratory services were also on the agenda and a tender was made in this context.

According to the result of the tender, the laboratory service of the Syrians under protection who applied to the Migrant Health Center (MHC) will be provided by the consortium led by the Private Viromed Laboratories company, which won the “Provision for Approved Laboratory Test Result” tender made in accordance with the EU procurement rules within the scope of the SIHHAT Project.

This service will continue to be provided in the Ankara, Istanbul, Hatay and Izmir regions until the end of November 2023, under the guidance of Private Viromed Laboratories, which holds the TS EN ISO 15189 accreditation certificate.

It is the responsibility of "Private Viromed Laboratories" to transport the samples obtained from the migrant patient applying to MHCs and EMHCs in 28 provinces to the centers where analysis will be conducted and to analyze and transmit the results to the relevant MHC.

وهاتاي وإزمير ، تحت قيادة مختبرات فيروميد الخاصة ، التي تحمل شهادة اعتماد TS EN ISO 15189 ، حتى نهاية نوفمبر 2023. تقع على عاتق “مختبرات Viromed الخاصة” مسؤولية نقل المواد التي سيتم أخذها من المريض المهاجر الذي تقدم إلى GSM و GGSMs في 28 مقاطعة إلى المراكز لتحليلها ودراستها وإرسال النتائج إلى GSM ذات الصلة.
